Filling out the information on these forms will help you gain clarity on your project regardless of who develops your website.

Please answer the following questions regarding; 1) the scope of your Website; 2) your sites purpose; 3) your company’s existing look or graphic identity; 4) the target audience; and 5) general maintenance and upkeep. Note: It may be helpful to review the Design Questionnaire before answering the Project Questionnaire.

1. Project Scope
1a. What is the full scope or mission of this project? What are the primary and secondary goals? (Marketing, streamline business process, sales, community, entertainment, etc.)
1b. What is your immediate goal for this website? 2. What is your long-term plan for this website?
1c. What would you like to see as a result of this site? What outcome will make this project successful? How will you measure success? How will the site pay for itself?
1d. When would you like to have the website up and running? When do you want the project to launch? Is there anything driving the launch date?
1e. What is the budget for this project? Is there an acceptable budget ranging, depending on the level and comprehensiveness of services provided? What is determining the budget range?

5b. Please provide the name, phone number, and e-mail address for the project manager. What is the process for gaining approvals, sign-off, etc. for this project?
5c. Will orangeDOT Design be retained to maintain your website after the initial launch? If not, who will be responsible for maintaining the website after launch?
